Dear Colleagues:

A new administrator for AmeriCorps NCCC, State and National, and VISTA childcare payments has been selected. GAP Solutions, Inc. will administer the contract effective Wednesday, November 2, 2011.  

Between now and November 2nd, First Financial Associates will continue to administer the childcare program. As such, all childcare applications, invoices, inquiries and communications should be directed to First Financial Associates.

After November 2nd, all childcare applications, invoices, and inquiries should be directed to GAP Solutions, Inc. Their mailing address is below. A new website and toll free number are currently in development and will be ready by November 2nd. You will be provided this information in future communication, prior to November 2nd.

After November 2nd, any applications, invoices, and inquiries received by First Financial Associates will be forwarded to GAP Solutions.

The criteria for childcare approval have not changed. For household income, provider credentials and other qualifying requirements, CNCS uses the rules determined by the state in which the care is provided. All applications will continue to be reviewed and applicants will be notified of their approval or denial. All invoices will be reviewed and all that are complete will be paid.

Please forward this information to your grantees, sponsors, staff, and members as needed and begin to update any materials that you intend to share regarding this change in providers.
