Welcome to ATF eForms

eForms is the system used to electronically file ATF F 6 – Part I (5330.3A), Application and Permit for Importation and track the status of permit applications submitted for approval.

ATF is pleased to announce that an upgraded eForm 6 Part I is now available via ATF‘s new eForms system. The eForm 6 system to which you are trying to connect has been replaced by the new eForms system and is no longer available for use. To file a Form 6 Part I, you are being re-directed to the link (https://www.atfonline.gov/EForms/) to register on-line for the new eForms system.

After the initial registration, persons who will be submitting eForms as a Federal firearms licensee (FFL) or Arms Export Control Act (AECA) registrant, must log-in to the eForms system and go to the ‘MY PROFILE‘ function where they can request to be associated to the FFL or AECA number. The Super User is the person who will control access to the eForms account (and can delegate authority). There must be a Super User for each FFL or AECA registration and the person must be a responsible person for the FFL.
