Customer Service
Attention DNR Customers
The DNR Customer Service Center will be closing at noon on March 26th for a system update. During the update, we will have agents available to assist you on the phone with any questions. Our office will reopen on March 27th at 8:30 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us M-F at 317-232-4200, 8:30-4:30.
The Customer Service Center offers DNR licenses, permits and maps. The center is at 402 West Washington Street, Room W160A in Indianapolis and is open 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Phone: (317) 232-4200 or (877) 463-6367.
