Joe Questions Texas Instruments about Attleboro Facility
At a House Committee on Science, Space and Technology hearing on February 6, Congressman Kennedy questioned Texas Instruments on efforts to help former workers from their plant in Attleboro, Mass. An alarming number of these former employees have been diagnosed with cancer due to the company's work with the Federal Nuclear Program in the 1950's and 60's. Congressman Kennedy committed to working with TI and the Department of Labor to ensure financial assistance is available to those who need it. Click here for more information. -
National Day of Service
As part of the President's National Day of Service on January 20, Joe and his college roommate, Celtics center Jason Collins, spent the morning at the Hockomock YMCA in North Attleboro, playing basketball with the local youth league. To read more click here. -

Attleboro, MA - Congressman Joe Kennedy III today announced he will be holding open office hours in Attleboro on Saturday, February 16. Scheduled from 11:00AM to 1:00PM, the office hours are a chance for constituents to come by the office and discuss any concerns with the Congressman and his district staff.
“In promoting a truly balanced approach to our fiscal woes tonight, President Obama highlighted the emerging economic consensus in this country: that while cutting spending and tackling the long-term drivers of our debt and deficit are essential, those actions must be paired with pro-growth measures for our communities, businesses and entrepreneurs.
