The Action Line program allows members of Team Liberty to voice any concerns they may have and receive a response relating to the concern while remaining anonymous.
The public affairs office accepts Action Line submissions via e-mail at action.line@lakenheath.af.mil or mailed to 48 FW/PA, Unit 5210 Box 215, APO AE 09461.
Please allow at least 14 duty days for a response from the 48th Fighter Wing Commander.
Members are reminded to try and resolve their issue at the lowest level using their chain of command. If your issue cannot be resolved at that level, please feel free to submit an Action Line.
