Transformation Stationing Management Office (TSMO)

Transformation Updates ... Transformation updates ... Transformation updates

Mission

To develop and execute the stationing plans for the garrison, while meeting the needs of our customers and planning and managing transformation related construction projects.

Through strategic analysis and use of our planning and engineering expertise, the TSMO will develop a master plan that supports our customers’ facility requirements, and achieves the relocation of 7th Army units and DoD agencies.  By synchronizing their needs with the resources of the garrison, we will build the premier installation within the European theater by 2013.

Vision

The USAG Wiesbaden Transformation Stationing Management Office (TSMO) will be a leader in the US Army in Europe’s re-stationing and transformation initiatives through our commitment to operational and engineering excellence, customer service, and the needs of the war fighter.  TSMO will be the choice for long-term strategic planning, driven by the leadership, teamwork, skills, diversity, and character of its employees.

Master Planning Division

The Master Planning Division is responsible for all master planning activities and Real Property management for USAG Wiesbaden.  Specific responsibilities include coordinating the development of the "base plan" (through 2013) Stationing Plan and the long term USAG Wiesbaden Master Plan.  Master Planning is in charge of real estate actions (land acquisition and returns to host nation), updating all CAD drawings and GIS data, issuing permits, the Real Property Planning Board (RPPB), and maintaining real property records.  The Division provides direct reporting garrison oversight responsibilities for master planning and real property to USAG Baumholder.

Engineering Division

The Engineering Division provides technical expertise for all projects, developing scopes of works, and cost estimates in each of the engineering disciplines for all SRM, Military Construction Projects (MCA), Army Family Housing Construction (AFH-C), PIK utility and infrastructure, and OMA funded transformation and reimbursable projects. In addition, Engineering will provide contracting officer’s representatives (CORs) and construction representatives, as required, for all USAG Wiesbaden managed projects contracted through Army Contracting Command and/or managed by Corps of Engineer.  The Engineering Division will continue to support DPW with "daily business" actions including:

a. Army Family Housing projects

b. Annual work plan projects

c. Reimbursable customers

d. IMCOM centrally managed programs (e.g., flagship)

e. Emergencies
