Electronic Health Record System (EHRS)
In Fiscal Year (FY) 2012 the Office of the Chief Health and Medical Officer (OCHMO) successfully completed the implementation
of an Electronic Health Record System (EHRS) to NASA Centers Occupational Health (OH) Programs with the long-term goal of
improving the longitudinal understanding of the health status of the NASA workforce. This effort is consistent with the vision
and goals of Federal government initiatives intent on enhancing the efficacy of occupational health information management.
The EHRS replaces the traditional paper based record system and benefits the program by:
