COURSE LENGTH: 5 days
PURPOSE: This course is designed to help prepare mid-level Air National Guard officers for duty as squadron commanders and/or equivalent positions. Air National Guard IDC personnel develop, schedule, and conduct a tailored seminar designed to provide attendees a wide variety of information on current Air Force leadership and management issues. Subject matter experts provide presentations from ANG, DOD, AF, and MAJCOM staffs and/or field commanders and functional managers. Presentations are intended to provide new commanders "tools" to help them be more effective from the outset of their new command.
