There is a USGS Water Science Center office in each State. Ground Water Conditions in Mississippi

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) operates a ground-water network for Mississippi in which ground-water levels are monitored. Some of the wells in the network transmit data "real time" on a 4-hour basis using satellite telemetry. Other wells are measured on a peroidic basis.
