OMI Ozone

Latest complete global ozone image from OMI.

This is a sample of the latest, complete global image from OMI. These are near-real-time measurements of ozone in the atmosphere. These images enable scientists throughout NASA, the US Government, and the international science community to better understand the relationship between atmospheric ozone distribution and the factors that alter it. You can also view the online textbook about Stratospheric ozone, co-authored by scientists in the Atmospheric Chemistry and Dynamics Branch.
