Passport Visa Pages
Only one set of extra pages (24 pages per set) can be added to your passport at a time. This is a same day service.
If you wish to add pages to your passport, please submit:
- Your valid, undamaged passport
- Passport form DS-4085: Application for Additional Visa Pages
- Fee: US$82.00

For better service, please have your passport application complete with photographs at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
Please note that you may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 30 minutes late.
