Schedule for Preseparation Counseling
You have elected to receive preseparation counseling at an ACAP Center. Your preseparation counseling appointment will last approximately two hours. At the end of this appointment you will receive your DD Form 2648 or DD Form 2648-1. Preseparation counseling is available for Military Service Members and their Spouses.
You must register or already be registered with ACAP, the Army’s secured area of ACAP On-line, in order to schedule.
