To file a formal complaint against an organization, an individual, or service aboard MCBH, contact the Base Inspector's office with a written chronology of the complaint. If you desire to have specific questions answered please state so. If you wish to remain anonymous, do not put a return address or name in the letter. Most responses will be answered within 10 to 14 working days.
