Password Reset Easier! January 2013 TMS Upgrade
VA successfully upgraded the TMS January 26, 2013. This upgrade provides you a simpler way to reset your TMS password. Things to know:
- You'll be required to set answers to 2 new security questions upon first login; and
- From then on you can reset the password on your own.
A Job Aid for the new password reset process is posted on the TMS Resources site, to use as a reference sheet while selecting your security questions or resetting your password. If you have any questions, as always, please contact the TMS Help Desk at vatmshelp@va.gov.
