Summary: Overall Project Goal: Provide timely, high quality services to all victims of human trafficking identified in the eastern district of MO, and enhance interagency coordination and collaboration.
Objective 1: Identify victims of all forms of human trafficking and provide a comprehensive array of restorative services to meet each victim’s individual needs.
- Strategy 1.A: 100% of domestic and pre-certified immigrant of foreign national survivors living in MO’s Eastern District will receive timely, high quality and comprehensive client-centered services.
- Strategy 1.B: 100% of pre-certified immigrant and domestic victims of trafficking referred from outside MO’s Eastern District will receive services from IISTL and its contractual partners.
Objective 2: Collaborate with federal, state and local law enforcement, and other entities to enhance or expand service delivery.
- Strategy 2.A: Interdisciplinary collaboration for coordinated community response between victim services and law enforcement, as evidenced by at least 5 protocols to ensure effective coordination.
- Strategy 2.B: Interagency collaboration for coordinated community response will be achieved, as evidenced by 40 MOUs, and technical assistance to 15 agencies.
Objective 3: Conduct training and public awareness and outreach activities to improve community response to victims of human trafficking.
- Strategy 3.A: 200 service providers will enhance their human trafficking knowledge and be better equipped to provde services, as evidenced by collaborating on cases identified and served.
- Strategy 3.B: The larger community will be educated about human trafficking through traditional and social media and a website, as evidenced by distribution lists, Facebook "likes" and website statistics.
