Educational Exchange
The Public Diplomacy Section also manages U.S. government administered exchange programs, including the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program and the International Visitor Leadership Program. These programs encourage U.S.-Djiboutian institutional linkages and person-to-person relationships in cultural, professional and educational fields.
