Dear Colleagues,

We would like to invite interested Commissions and National Grantees to participate in a discussion on Monday, April 18, 2011 from 4:00-5:00 pm EST about the opportunities and challenges of capacity-building intermediaries.  In particular, we would like to get input on draft national capacity-building performance measures that could be used by intermediary programs in AmeriCorps State and National and VISTA in the future. These draft performance measures and dialing instructions will be shared with interested individuals in advance of the call.

Please send an email to Amy Hetrick at ahetrick@cns.gov by Noon EST on Monday, April 18, 2011, to let her know the names and email addresses of individuals who would like to participate in this discussion and/or receive the draft performance measures.  Please feel free to share this invitation with any of your sub-grantees who are also capacity-building intermediaries.  

We will have a separate discussion in May about the opportunities and challenges of multi-focus intermediaries.  You may participate in one or both discussions.  Information about the multi-focus intermediary call will be sent in a few weeks.
