Significant Guidance

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) established guidelines as set forth in Executive Order 12866 as amended and in OMB Bulletin No. 07-02 (M-07-07), that agencies should follow when creating and disseminating important guidance. Part of these guidelines state that agency's must provide easy access to a list of all of an Agency's significant guidance documents in electronic form.
