Public Hours: Most services require an appointment, including notarials and applications for passports and consular reports of birth abroad; review our website for procedures applicable to your needs. Our hours for the general public are 8 to 11 a.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, except any scheduled closings listed above. Be sure to review our security procedures before your visit.
