Congressional Fellowship: The Army Congressional Fellowship Program educates selected Army Officers and Civilians on the importance of the strategic relationship between the Army and Congress.  It is a three year program which includes the pursuit of a Master's Degree in Legislative Affairs at George Washington University, service on the staff of a Member of Congress, and utilization on the Army or Joint Staff in a Legislative Liaison duty position.

Whitehouse Fellowship: This program selects promising individuals from all sectors of American life to serve as speech writers, review and draft proposed legislation, answer congressional inquiries, chair meetings, conduct briefings, and assist high-level government officials.

JCS / OSD / ARSTAF Internship: This internship program is a three-year program with three phases: Phase I-Georgetown University with a Master of Policy Management, Phase II-Joint Staff or Office of the Secretary of Defense Internship, and Phase III-Army Staff Internship.

G3 / 5 Strategic Education Development Program: Officers attend Harvard earning a Master's Degree in Public Administration (MPA), then complete a two year follow-on assignment within the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5.

Olmsted Scholarship: This program encompasses the vision of military officers and their families immersing themselves in a foreign culture of choice while the officer studies in a foreign language in a liberal arts field of his/her choice.

Arroyo Center Fellowship: This program is a research and study fellowship established at the Army's federally funded Research and Development Center, the Rand Arroyo Center.  The Arroyo Center supports the Army by studying topics related to National Security Strategy and issues of critical importance to the Army.

Army Regional Fellowship (LTC Level): The Army Regional Fellowships consist of the Asia-Pacific Center (APC) Fellowship for Security Studies, the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies Fellowship, and the Department of State Strategic Policy Planning Fellowship.

DOD Information Assurance Program: The DOD IASP serves as a multifaceted program institutionalized within DOD to bring in and retain a corps of highly skilled IA/IT professionals to accommodate the diverse warfighting and unique mission requirements in critical areas of interest to the Army and DOD.
