The Sourcing and Reliability Program Branch improves the value of DLA Aviation Products/Services through Source Development, Product Improvement, Technical Grouping, Reverse Engineering and other Technical / Engineering Services.
The Standardization Program Branch identifies, develops, manages and provides access to standardization processes, products, and services for warfighters, the acquisition community, and the logistics community to promote interoperability, reduce total ownership costs, and sustain readiness.
The Value Management Support Branch was established in support of the Secretary of Defense's commitment to reduce fraud, waste, and inefficiency in the acquisition of spares, repair parts, and other supply items. The Should Cost program provides cost estimates for items managed by DLA Aviation.
Industrial Preparedness manages DLA Aviation’s Industrial Base programs. Assist in the execution of strategies that facilitate industries' capacity to attain readiness and customer satisfaction goals. Programs include the management of government furnished property, capability assessments and the implementation of the “War Stopper” program. |
