This Public Notice announces the upcoming auction of licenses in the 747-762 and 777-792 MHz band (Auction No. 31), scheduled for March 6, 2001, is postponed until September 12, 2001.

This Public Notice provides additional information about the FM broadcast construction permits being offered in auction No. 37.

The attached Public Notice announces that on January 26, 2001, the FCC completed the auction of 422 licenses in the C and F Block Broadband PCS Auction ("Auction No. 35") and it provides detailed information concerning winning bidders, down payments, bid withdrawal payments and/or deposits, FCC Forms 601 and 602 filing requirements, requests for rule waivers, and licensing matters.
