We will review the revised financial plan for the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Project. Our objective is to determine if the plan, dated December 2002, complies with FHWA’s guidance, specifically whether: (1) estimated costs are reasonable and supported; (2) appropriate and available funding sources have been identified and funds are sufficient to meet the total estimated cost; (3) there is a construction schedule that reflects all known and reasonably anticipated delays; and (4) other factors affecting the project have been disclosed.
