SSG Justin Kuhl

SSG Kuhl was born and raised in the small town of Blair, Nebraska. After graduating High School SSG Kuhl searched for the right job for him, in 2003 he joined the Army. After Basic Training at Fort Jackson, SC and AIT at Fort Gordon, GA he was stationed at Fort Hood, Texas as a Telephone Operator and deployed in 2005 to Iraq. After his deployment, SSG Kuhl decided that he wanted to stay in the Army, but follow his dream of video production; Fort Meade, MD was his next stop where he earned the MOS 46R, Broadcast Journalist.
SSG Kuhl then spent 2 years with the 10th Mountain Division, and deployed with them to Baghdad, Iraq in 2008. SSG Kuhl re-enlisted for AFN Europe and is now a member of the AFN Stuttgart team. He lives in Mannheim with his wife, Alecia, and wonderful children Jonah, Avalyn, and Zella.
