The U.S. Embassy in Prague will proudly join the 6th "Experience the City Differently" Festival organized by Auto*mat NGO in Prague on Saturday, September 24.  During the festival, several streets in the Vinohrady neighborhood of Prague will be closed to cars and reserved only for pedestrians, cyclists, street vendors, cafes and concerts. Other events will be held throughout the city. David Gainer, the U.S. Embassy Cultural Attaché and an ardent cyclist, will talk at the opening of the festival about the growing popularity of biking to work in U.S. cities.

The U.S. Embassy is a bike-friendly employer, and three teams of Embassy cyclists took part in the "Cycle to Work" program this past spring.
