All visitors to Bali must have two fully blank passport pages in their passports.  The “endorsement” page at the back of the passport does not generally count as a blank page.  Balinese immigration authorities will not allow you to enter the country if you do not meet this requirement!

The Consular Agency in Bali provides routine American Citizen Services during regular business hours. These services include: performing notarials, accepting applications for passports, extra passport pages, and reports of birth of U.S. citizens abroad, absentee voting assistance, Enrollment of presence in Indonesia, etc.

Applicants for fee-based services are advised to schedule an appointment by emailing us at BaliConsularAgency@state.gov
