Congressman Jim Bridenstine commented in advance of tonight’s State of the Union Address to Congress:
I expect tonight’s State of the Union Address to be a wish list for liberals. The President will use the word “balanced” to call for more taxes, more debt, and more spending. There is nothing balanced about the President’s big government approach.
CONGRESSMAN JIM BRIDENSTINE TO ATTEND TOWN HALL MEETING IN COWETA JAN 29
The City of Coweta and the Coweta Chamber of Commerce are partnering together to host a Town Hall meeting on January 29 at 6:30pm with U.S. Congressman Jim Bridenstine. The town hall will be held at the City of Coweta Council Chambers located at 310 S. Broadway, Coweta, OK 74429. This Town Hall is open to the public.

TULSA - GOP freshman Congressmen Jim Bridenstine and Markwayne Mullin are back in Oklahoma to hold town hall meetings after their first month in Washington D.C.

Congressman Jim Bridenstine To Hold A Series Of Town Hall Meetings
What: Congressman Jim Bridenstine (OK-1) will hold a series of town hall meetings next week in Tulsa County, Wagoner County and Washington County.

In response to President Obama’s gun control proposals, Congressman Jim Bridenstine (OK D-1) issued a brief statement:
"I support the 2nd Amendment. The President's legislative proposals including a ban on various types of guns and magazines violate our Constitutional rights and I will not support such proposals."
(Oklahoma City)--The Republican members of the Oklahoma congressional delegation offered the following statements concerning the recent 'Executive Action' announced by the president on new gun restrictions:

“While we mourn with those who have lost loved ones, in no way should the actions of those few who act illegally impact the constitutional rights of the many,” said Inhofe. “I will continue to strongly oppose any effort to undermine the Second Amendment and an individual citizen's right to keep and bear arms.”
