Course Title: Avoiding Discrimination and Bias: Training and Tips for Leaders

Course Description: Avoiding Discrimination and Bias for Leaders presents the legal requirements associated with IC Performance Management and describes how the process has been designed to protect the organization. The course describes biases that everyone has and how these can lead to discrimination. Leaders are then presented with strategies specifically targeted to leaders for avoiding discrimination and bias.
