The Omaha District oversees the Regulatory Permitting Process for the State of Montana. There are three regulatory offices in the state located in Billings, Helena and Missoula. Permitting oversight is divided among the three offices. You are encouraged to contact the Helena office and they will direct you to the appropriate contact.
The Seattle District leads Military Missions for the State of Montana.
The Civli Works Mission for much of Montana is led by the Omaha District. The Seattle District leads the Civil Works Mission for portions of Montana west of the Missouri River watershed.
