Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Government National Training Conference

Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Government (DHHIG) will hold its 2013 National Training Conference (NTC) on April 8-10, 2013 in Washington, DC. The theme of this year’s NTC is “Knowing Your Resources + Moving Forward.”  This training is to position employees, from all levels of government, for the future through inspiring presentations and challenging discussions of emerging trends, vital issues, and visionary thinking.

This NTC qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41.  The NTC is open to all Federal employees and will provide training and workshops in a variety of areas including Communication Skills, Management and Leadership Skills, and Technical and Professional Skills.

Federal employees are invited to review additional conference information regarding registration, costs, and workshop descriptions at the following web page:  http://www.dhhig.org/ntc2013.

Agencies are reminded that reporting of training is governed by 5 CFR 410.601.
