    To provide operations and services in the area of plans, training, mobilization and security for the Joint and total Army to enable and enhance unit and Soldier readiness.

    The Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security is the Garrison Commander’s proponent for synchronizing activities that support the development and protection of our Service Members, Civilian, and the family members on the installation.
