Pres Obama for Black History Month

Free H&R Block Tax service through Military OneSource
If you are eligible under the Military OneSource program, you can complete, save and file your 2012 Federal and up to three State returns online for free with the H&R Block At HomeR Basic tool. Log in and use the Quick Link located on the left side of the website or click on "Read More" and use the link provided. This is the same free tax preparation program you may have used in past years. So, if you created an H&R Block at HomeR account last year, your login credentials for that account will still work and you will be able to access last year's personal tax information.

Air Force Cycling Team Openings
Currently, Team Colorado has open slots for members wishing to apply for the Air Force Cycling Team. Initial qualifications include a "current" passing AF Fitness Score and the ability to ride 500 miles across Iowa in a week during the period of July 21-July 27 2013.

The team is also looking for personnel who will work as support during the period of Jul. 21 - Jul. 27 2013 . Initial qualifications include a "current" passing AF Fitness Score, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a Government Driver's License. This makes for a great bullet statement for an EPR!

The team accepts applications from Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, Civilian, and Retired Air Force members. If interested, please visit www.afcycling.com or contact MSgt Patrick Hampton at (719) 567-4038 (COMM) 560-4038 (DSN).

Project Sanctuary

Project Sanctuary is a nonprofit organization for servicemembers & families who have recently returned from deployment and are in the reintegration process. They provide free family retreats to Snow Mass Mountain in Granby, Colorado every month. Activities range from snowmobiling, skiing, snowboarding, sleigh-rides and campfires.

Lt Col Romeo and Josephine Bass Ferretti Scholarship

This scholarship is made possible by a bequest from the estate of Lt Col Romeo and Josephine Bass Ferretti and was established for minor dependents of Air Force active duty, reserve or Air National Guard enlisted airmen pursuing an undergraduate degree in the area of science, technology, engineering or math.
