Fees

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan requires the payment of a participation fee and a fee to rent space within the exhibition hall.

The participation fee is $500 per company.

Space rental fees depend on the type and size of space:

• Equipped indoor space costs $180 per square meter. The equipped space includes three walls (rear and sides), power supply sockets, carpet, table, two chairs, wastebasket, logo with company name, cleaning and security. The minimum size that may be rented is 3 meters x 4 meters. The cost of this space would be $2,160. There are also equipped indoor spaces in the sizes of 3 meters x 6 meters, 3 m x 7 m, 3 m x 10 m, and 3 m x 30 m.
• Unequipped indoor space costs $100 per square meter. This includes electricity, security and cleaning.  The minimum size in this category that may be rented is 3 meters x 4 meters. The cost of this space would be $1,200.  
• Outdoor space (for large exhibits) - $35 per square meter. This includes security and cleaning only.
  Payments should be made directly to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan through a wire transfer. The banking details will be provided to the participants following registration.
