Federal Agency Assistance

If you can't get an answer from a federal agency in a timely fashion, or if you feel you have been treated unfairly, my office might be able to help resolve a problem or get you the information you need. Flying Flag Over Capitol

If you are a resident of California 's 4th Congressional District, you may purchase a U.S. flag through my office. There is no limit on the number of flags you may order. You may also request that your new flag be flown over the Capitol. Flags may be flown for a particular person, event, or organization, and may be flown on a specific date. Academy Nominations

Each member of Congress, either in the House of Representatives or the Senate, is allowed a total of five appointees in each service academy. For each vacancy, I am allowed to nominate ten individuals. Academy Nominations

Amador County Town Hall Meeting

Congressman McClintock will hold a town hall meeting in Amador County on Wednesday, February 20th at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the Amador County Supervisor's Board Room, 810 Court Street, Jackson.

HR 444 Require a Plan Act

A family that earns $27,000, but spends $36,000 and has run up a credit card debt of $165,000 is on the brink of financial ruin. Proportionally, that's exactly where our federal government is today.

Debt Limit HR 325: Carte Blanche Credit

Mr. Speaker: The House is poised to pass HR 325. I respect the sincerity of its supporters, but I must firmly dissent. This bill accommodates spending at ruinous levels far beyond the limits set by the House budget. It sets a terrible precedent by abolishing the debt limit for nearly four months, giving an unlimited credit card to this administration.

Congressman McClintock Speaks to Navy League

On Monday, February 18th, Congressman McClintock will speak to members of the Placer County Navy League.  The speech is scheduled to begin at 7:15 PM.  The  event will be held at the Auburn Veterans Memorial Hall, 100 East Street, Auburn.
 
Town Hall Meeting
 Congressman McClintock will hold a town hall meeting in Amador County on Wednesday, February 20th at 6:00 PM.  The meeting will be held in the Amador County Supervisor's Board Room, 810 Court Street, Jackson.

Satellite Office Hours
