Target the Plan to Your State and Local Reality.

In communications, one size does not fit all.

When you follow the plan, you will create individualized communications. As such, each office may have a different approach.

While it’s a good idea to review what other States have done so that you can get ideas, the most effective way to implement a communications plan is to consider your own unique audience, conduct research, and test various messages and approaches.

By delivering communications that are tailor-made for your audience, you greatly increase the chances that your message resonates with the people you need to reach.
