Please remember to bring your child's shot record with you every time they have a well-visit. It is important that you maintain an up to date complete listing of your child's immunizations. This will ensure a smooth transition when traveling to a new duty station, provide the required documentation for school, daycare, or sports physicals and spare your child repeat vaccinations.
