Jennifer Thompson, RPh, Pharm D, BCOP
Clinical Research Pharmacist

Dr. Thompson received a BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 1999, and a PharmD degree in 2001, from the University of Toledo. In 2003, she completed two years of post-graduate training as Oncology Pharmacotherapy Resident at Virginia Commonwealth University. Since then Jenni has held positions as Oncology Clinical Specialist in community and teaching hospitals and became a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist in 2004. She transitioned from the clinical specialist role into Investigational Drug Services at University of Maryland Medical Center in 2010, also serving as internal auditor for NCI-sponsored clinical trials. In 2011, Dr. Thompson became a Certified Clinical Research Professional. Her clinical research experience at University of Maryland Greenebaum Cancer Center includes outpatient medical oncology and inpatient hematologic malignancies and hematopoietic stem cell transplant.
