Amishi Jha, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Psychology and the Director of Contemplative Neuroscience for the Mindfulness Research & Practice Initiative at the University of Miami. Dr. Jha’s research focuses on the brain bases of attention, working memory, and mindfulness-based training.
