U.S. Embassy Donates Computers to Bajrakli Mosque

Embassy Political Counselor Deborah Mennuti visited Belgrade’s Bajrakli Mosque on Monday, September 13 to donate 15 computers on behalf of the Embassy for use in the mosque’s school. Microsoft, through its distributer ComTrade, donated the operating systems and Office suites for the computers.
“Heeding President Obama’s call in Cairo last year to broaden our engagement with Muslims throughout the world, we are pleased to be able to support the Bajrakli Mosque’s efforts to educate the youth of its community in a spirit of religious tolerance and interfaith cooperation,” said Ms. Mennuti.
