In many situations, it is beneficial to develop teaming partners, or Contract Team Arrangements (CTA), with qualified and experienced partners who can enhance contractor offerings and improve chances of making a sale. A CTA allows two or more GSA Schedule contractors to work together to meet customer requirements and compete for task orders. CTA's provide a "win-win" situation for both GSA Schedule contractors and ordering activities:
- GSA Schedule contractors may compete for Schedule orders for which they may not independently qualify.
- Ordering activities may procure a total solution rather than making separate buys for each part of a requirement.
