Ambassador Signs U.S.-Poland Tax Treaty
On February 13, 2013, Ambassador Stephen Mull signed a new treaty between the United States and Poland on the treatment of income taxes. The new treaty replaces a previous bilateral tax treaty that was originally signed by Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and Polish Foreign Minister Stefan Olszowski in 1974.
