Please be informed that except for emergencies, the American Citizen Services Unit will be closed to the public on the last working Friday of each month (May 28, June 25, July 30, August 27, September 24, October 29, November 19, December 17.)

NEW FEES FOR PASSPORTS, NOTARIALS AND OTHER CONSULAR SERVICES
Effective July 13, 2010, the U.S. Department of State will implement a revision of consular fees for American citizen services, based on a comprehensive study that determined the actual cost of performing consular services. For further information regarding the fee increase, please see the following links: http://travel.state.gov/passport/fees/fees_837.html and Frequently Asked Questions.
Please note that all applications and requests for consular services received on or after Tuesday, July 13, 2010, must be accompanied by the new amount listed on the new Consular Fee Schedule. The new fees for the most commonly requested consular services are as follow (for current exchange of rate please click here.):
U.S. Passport for an Adult (renewal): $110
U.S. Passport for a Minor: $105
Additional Passport Pages: $82
Replacement for Lost/Stolen Passport & first Passport for an Adult: $135
Consular Report of Birth: $100
Notarial Fee: $50

The ACS units at the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw, the U.S. Consulate General in Krakow, and the U.S. Consular Agency in Poznan offer a range of services to citizens of the United States who are living or traveling in Poland.

The Federal Benefit Units in Warsaw and Krakow provide services to beneficiaries and applicants for benefits from the Social Security Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Office of Personal Management and the Railroad Retirement Board.
