MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR
Today we face many challenges. Among the major drivers of change facing the Civilian Human Resources (CHR) community are implementation of the National Security Personnel System, Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) decisions, an ever transforming Army, and the Secretary of Army’s Lean Six Sigma(LSS) initiative.
As our customer’s needs continue to change, we must also change to maintain our relevance in servicing our Army. With our capabilities, we will provide Fort Campbell leaders, commanders, and managers the best CHR services to manage their civilian workforce. This plan sets the CPAC’s vision for the future and establishes our strategic goals for the coming year to realize this vision. We look forward to supporting Fort Campbell's mission through excellence and partnership.
