FAS's Brand Strategy is based on enhancing customer relationships through improved service delivery. This involves every aspect of the organization - from how employees interact with customers to how we communicate the value and benefits of our offerings. Perhaps the most noticeable change in our strategy is the way in which FAS is positioned in the government marketplace. Rather than promoting GSA Schedules and technology contracts, FAS is using a solutions-based approach that places an emphasis on the products and services that customers need to accomplish their missions. In doing so, FAS hopes to simplify the procurement process by speaking with customers and stakeholders in terms that they can easily understand. This approach is based on the following three questions that all customers ask:
- What products and services can I buy from GSA?
- How can I purchase these products and services from GSA?
- What resources can help me get what I need?
