Located less than ten minutes from South Dakota's largest city, Joe Foss Field is easy to reach from Interstates 29 and 90, as well as Highway 38.

Arriving from the North on Interstate 29
1. Merge off onto Exit 83.
2. Turn left onto Highway 38a (East 60th Street North).
3. Turn right onto Minnesota Avenue.
4. Turn right onto Algonquin Street to Main Gate at 1201 West Algonquin Street
Arriving from the South on Interstate 29
1. Merge off onto Exit 81.
2. Turn right onto Maple Street.
3. Turn right onto Highway 38 East.
4. Stay straight to go onto Russell Street.
5. Turn left onto Minnesota Avenue.
6. Turn left onto Algonquin Street to Main Gate at 1201 West Algonquin Street
Arriving from the East on Interstate 90
1. Merge off onto Exit 399.
2. Turn left onto Cliff Avenue.
3. Turn right onto Highway 38a (East 60th Street North).
4. Turn left onto Minnesota Avenue.
5. Turn right onto Algonquin Street to Main Gate at 1201 West Algonquin Street
Arriving from the West on Interstate 90
1. Merge off onto Exit 399.
2. Turn right onto Cliff Avenue.
3. Turn right onto Highway 38a (East 60th Street North).
4. Turn left onto Minnesota Avenue.
5. Turn right onto Algonquin Street to Main Gate at 1201 West Algonquin Street
