Audits

On November 8, we issued a quality control review of the SLSDC’s Audited Financial Statements for FY 2005 and FY 2004. The report concluded that the financial statements presented fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of SLSDC as September 30, 2005 and September 30, 2004. In our opinion the audit work performed by the IPA firm complied with applicable standards and we issued no recommendations.
