      Optical System
The X26C beamline optics consist of a channel-cut Si(111) crystal monochromator followed by a doubly focusing toroidal mirror.

      Experimental Apparatus
The X26C endstation consists of a Crystal Logic diffractometer equipped with a mini-kappa goniometer, an ADSC Q315r CCD x-ray area detector, and an Oxford CryoSystems 700 series cryostream. The diffractometer is equipped with a micro-spectrophotometer for the concurrent measurement of visible absorption or Raman spectra with x-ray diffraction of macromolecular crystals.

      Computer System Hardware & Software
Networked array of Linux PCs. CBASS data collection software, HKL2000 data analysis software, and suite of integrated spectroscopy analysis software.
