My TSA

Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) MyTSA is a mobile application that provides the traveling public access to relevant travel information via any mobile phone with internet access.

The TSA makes no claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents of MyTSA and expressly disclaims liability for errors and omissions in the contents. For the wait time function, information is collected from other passengers, it is not generated or verified by TSA. Users rely on this information at their own risk. No warranty of any kind, implied, expressed or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, is given with respect to the contents of this mobile application or its hyperlinks to other Internet resources. Information presented on MyTSA is considered public information and may be freely distributed or copied. TSA shall have the unlimited right to use for any purpose, free of any change, all information submitted to TSA via this site except those submissions made under separate legal contract. TSA shall be free to use, for any purpose, any ideas, concepts, or techniques contained in information provided to TSA through this site.

Any references to commercial entities, products, services, or other nongovernmental organizations or individuals that remain on MyTSA are provided solely for the information of individuals using MyTSA. These references are not intended to reflect the opinion of TSA, DHS, the United States, or its officers or employees concerning the significance, priority, or importance to be given the referenced entity, product, service, or organization. Such references are not an official or personal endorsement of any product, person, or service, and may not be quoted or reproduced for the purpose of stating or implying TSA endorsement or approval of any product, person, or service.

TSA does not require individuals to register or provide any personally identifiable information (PII) as a condition of downloading or using MyTSA. TSA will not have access to any information regarding individuals or individuals’ devices using the MyTSA application.

TSA does not guarantee or warrant that any information posted by individuals on MyTSA is correct, and disclaims any liability for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on any such information. TSA does not verify, warrant or guarantee this information, and assumes no liability for anything posted on this application by any other person.
