The CASCOM and subordinate activities execute BRAC and BRAC-related moves and stand up the Sustainment Center of Excellence (SCoE) NLT 15 Sep 11, IAW BRAC 2005 Law, in order to continue to train the load to standard and provide world-class logisticians to the Army and Joint logistics community. The CASCOM will integrate USAQMC&S, USATC&S(-), OMMS, OMEMS(-), USALMC, and USASSI, to include all combat, doctrine, and training development functions.
