2010 State Compliance Review Findings

 

In 2010, the ASC completed 26 Compliance Reviews of State appraiser regulatory programs (Programs). Of those Reviews, 10 Programs were found to be “In Substantial Compliance” and 16 Programs were found to be “Not in Substantial Compliance.” No Programs were found to be “Not in Compliance”.  For a definition of ASC Findings click here.
